How do I request an account? 

I think I have an account, how do I check? 

  • Please check with your company admin for account details. 

How long does it take to get an account once I have requested one? 

  • Once you begin the process to request an account, it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours for the process to be completed for online applications.

I have an account with Lowes Pro Supply, how do I request a login? 

How do I add a shipping / billing address? 

Why can’t I edit the shipping / billing addresses? 

I submitted an order, how do I know when I will receive it? 

  • Most orders submitted by 4:00pm will be delivered the next business day. If you have any questions about your order, please contact the Pro Solutions Center at 866-630-6747.

I’m not logged in, but I can see products. Why can’t I add them to my cart? 

  • In order to shop on the Lowe’s Pro Supply app or website, you must first have a Lowe’s Pro Supply terms account. Without an account, you may browse in guest view, but you will be unbale to add items to your cart. Once logged in, products and pricing will be based on the local branch availability and your negotiated contract price, if applicable. Not all products are stocked at all branches.

If I add items to my cart on the app, will I be able to see them on the web? 

  • Items in your cart on the app can also be accessed on the web and vice versa.

I haven’t received my order, how do I track it? 

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number. If you did not receive this notification, please contact eSupport@LowesProSupply.com or 888-204-1160, If you have any questions, please contact the Pro Solution Center at (866) 630-6747.

Why can’t I change my payment type(s)? 

How do I find warranty information for my product(s)?
